Answer: The sale of houses that are first to be built is expected to start in the fall of 2006. The exact date is not yet known. Once we know this date, subscribers of the digital newsletter will receive an e-mail containing the start date and more information about the procedure. We will also provide this information on the website and in the digital newsletter.

However, before we start with the sale of the first houses in Overhoeks, we will open an information centre. It will be located in Overhoeks, so that people can familiarise themselves with this unknown part of Amsterdam. For the first time, this area will be partially accessible to the public.

We expect to open the information centre following the summer. Besides models the information centre will offer the latest information about everything regarding Overhoeks, from information about houses, business spaces and offices to all the details about the Film Museum and the Oeverpark.
We will try to keep those interested informed of the future activities in Overhoeks, in the most detailed way possible. We plan to do that with the wishes people pass on to us.
