Shopping and leisure

With its cafés and restaurants and the Film Museum on the waterfront, Overhoeks will be a new place to spend leisure time. Room will also be made for a shopping centre and a supermarket. The current ‘Groot Laboratorium’ will be turned into a cultural and/or catering industry business. It is not yet known what this business will be; it might be a hotel.
